Today, we can boast that our small family business has become something more.
We now offer our products to all parts of the world, originating from the production
facility at Ellingsøya where we grew up. We have partnerships with clients and restaurants
across the world. The business has grown big, but we maintain our traditional production
methods to ensure stable quality over time.
As children, we used to run in and out of the facility, and now it's our turn to pass on
our traditions and our commitment to the next generations. A commitment to making the best
